01Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 444ck website accessible at https://444ck.asia, including all games, betting markets, account services, and promotional systems hosted thereon.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a 444ck account or is accessing the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the total Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by the Platform that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total sum that must be staked using Bonus Funds — expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount — before those funds qualify for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures applied by the Platform to all registered accounts.
• "Payment Method" means any of the approved Bangladeshi mobile financial services accepted by the Platform, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "Game Provider" means a third-party software company whose games are hosted on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference time zone for all Platform operations.

02Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 444ck Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Platform reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws. The Platform accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access by players in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact information, and preferred Payment Method details. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account and to notify support at [email protected] promptly if any details change.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices, IP addresses, or Payment Methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge balances at its discretion, and withhold any Bonus Funds associated with accounts found to have breached this rule.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you notify the Platform of unauthorised access. 03Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

The Platform applies a tiered KYC verification process to all Accounts. Basic verification — confirming your mobile number and Payment Method — is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Full verification — including submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address — is required for accounts seeking to exceed standard withdrawal limits or access VIP tier benefits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request from the Platform may result in account suspension until verification is complete. The Platform reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

The Platform may suspend or close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with money laundering or other illegal activity. In such cases, the Platform reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified Payment Method within 5 business days.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 180 days. The Platform may, at its discretion, deduct an inactivity administration fee from inactive Account Balances at a rate of ৳200 per calendar month, commencing after the initial 180-day period. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied, and the Account will be reactivated automatically upon the next successful login.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept credit card payments, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions at this time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single deposit amounts vary by Payment Method and Account verification tier. Players are advised to check the cashier section of their Account for current limits applicable to their tier. The Platform reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only to the verified Payment Method registered under the same identity as the Account holder. The Platform does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or to Payment Method accounts held in a different name. Standard withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are processed within one business day during normal operating hours (BST). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to fulfilment of the applicable Wagering Requirement will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited. The Platform will clearly indicate the Wagering Requirement and progress toward fulfilment in the Account Balance section.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

The Platform maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures consistent with responsible platform operation. Withdrawals may be subject to enhanced review where transaction patterns are inconsistent with normal recreational gaming activity. The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests. 05Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 444ck are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. These specific terms supplement and are incorporated into these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the Wagering Requirements and minimum deposit conditions stated in the current welcome bonus offer terms. The welcome bonus is available once per eligible Account and cannot be combined with other welcome promotions unless explicitly stated.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The Platform operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts; making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity for the purpose of manipulating wagering records; using prohibited betting strategies designed to fulfil Wagering Requirements with minimal risk; and any other conduct intended to exploit the promotional system in a manner contrary to its intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Platform reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the Account.

5.4 Changes to Promotional Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not apply retroactively to Players who have already made qualifying deposits in reliance on the original offer terms, provided those Players have not yet completed the applicable Wagering Requirement.

06Games, Betting, and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party Game Providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are certified by independent testing laboratories. The Platform does not develop or operate its own game engines. The outcome of all games is determined by the Game Provider's certified RNG system and is not influenced by the Platform. 6.2 Sports Betting Rules

6.4 Disconnection Policy

The Platform is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of connection interruptions originating on the Player's side, including mobile network drops, device failures, and power outages. Where a live game round is in progress at the time of disconnection, the game server will complete the round according to its programmed logic. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing real-money game play.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444ck Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account while under 21 years of age, or providing false information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Operating multiple Accounts on the Platform under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players in multiplayer or live dealer games in order to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.

• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.

08Responsible Gaming

09Intellectual Property

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of 444ck.

Game content displayed on the Platform, including game interfaces, sounds, animations, and mathematics, remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers. 444ck holds licences from its Game Providers to display and operate such content and does not transfer any intellectual property rights to Players in connection with gameplay.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444ck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or failure to provide services.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the Account Balance held at the time the claim arises. The Platform does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Platform endeavours to maintain continuous service availability, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or telecommunications failures.

11Privacy and Data

The collection, use, and storage of personal data submitted to the Platform during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing platform use is governed by the 444ck Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

Personal data is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. The Platform does not sell personal data to third parties. 12Amendments to Terms

13Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online entertainment platforms in the relevant jurisdiction. The Platform operates on the basis that it is the Player's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before engaging in online gaming activity.
